The challenge
Sunrise was running 4 disconnected systems: an old fee tool, a separate attendance register, Google Sheets for marks, and a WhatsApp group for parent communication. Reconciliation was costing 8 hours of admin time every week and parents complained about getting different numbers from different sources.
What we did
A 14-day migration onto Ketpy unified school admin. Old fee data and student records were imported via Excel template, parents were auto-created with login credentials emailed in batches of 200, and the WhatsApp Business API replaced the manual group.
