The agreement
By using Ketpy you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose.
Acceptable use
Use Ketpy only for lawful school administration. No scraping, no reverse engineering, no using it to harass anyone. We can suspend an account that does any of these.
Uptime & SLA
We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly. If we miss it in any month, you get a pro-rated credit on your next invoice.
Payment & cancellation
Annual subscriptions are pre-paid. Monthly subscriptions are post-paid. Either party can cancel any time; we'll refund any unused months on the annual plan.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. Always. You can export, transfer, or delete it any time.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Standard SaaS limitation.
Changes
We'll email you 30 days before any material change to these terms.
